Back painted glass:It use low temperature inks,the heating process use only 100-150 degress .The paint just bond on glass surface ,so the paint will fall if we scratch with sharp corners.
3.Price.
Silk screen glass process include cutting-polishing-silk screen-tempering ,so it price is usually USD6-8/SQM higher than tempered glass.
Back painted glass don’t contain the tempering process,and the painting fees is lower than silk screen process,so the price is much cheaper than silk screen glass.
4.Silk screen glass cannot be cut after tempering process,it’s suitable for exterior cladding application ,while back painted glass can be cut,and process at suit to suit different requirement.
