Insulated glass,also named insulated double glazing,double glazed panels,or double glazed units,it’s a hermetically sealed multi-glass combination consisiting two or more panes separated by a spacer filled with high efficient desiccant .To ensure the sealing effect,first sealing finished by polysulfide adhesive and second by strucural sealnt.The most important function of insulated glass is reducing thermal loss,achieve lower energy consumption and good transparency.

HEAT TRHEAT TREATED GLASS

Heat treated glass,is glass that processed with tempering furnce .With the 670-720℃ and fast cololing process,the surface and interior compression changed and keep relatively balance.The heat treated glass strength is always 2-5 times that of float glass and prevent possible injury.Heat treated glass is used in balustrade,balcony,poolfence,point supported glass facade etc.
